1. Acceptance
By using Choicease you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Choicease is a free, browser-based decision-analysis tool. It provides structured analysis to support your judgment; it does not make decisions for you.
3. Open source
The source code is licensed under the GNU GPL v3. You may use, study, share, and modify it under that license.
4. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You assume full responsibility for your use of the software.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choicease contributors are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the software, including loss of data or decisions and outcomes derived from the tool.
6. Branding, white-labelling, and paid services
The Choicease name, logo, and other brand assets are trademarks of the project maintainers and are not licensed under GPL v3. You may use and modify the code under GPL v3, but may not use Choicease branding without written permission. The maintainers may offer optional premium services (white-labelled reports, custom branding, managed deployments) for a fee; the availability of the code under GPL does not obligate the maintainers to provide such services for free.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; the latest version is always posted on this page with a revised date.
