• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
• introduce malicious code or security vulnerabilities;
• use automated methods to abuse or overload the Service;

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into Choicease, including your decision analyses, notes, criteria, ratings, and supporting content ("User Content").

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and share any information you submit.

You grant Choicease only the limited rights necessary to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your decision data.

7. Decision Support, Not Professional Advice

Choicease is a decision-support tool.

It does not provide legal, financial, medical, engineering, investment, accounting, or other professional advice.

Recommendations generated by Choicease are based on the information, priorities, assumptions, and judgments provided by the user.

The suitability of any decision ultimately depends on factors that may fall outside the scope of the Service.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions and any actions taken based on the output of the Service.

8. Availability of the Service

We aim to provide a reliable and continuously improving service. However, we do not guarantee that Choicease will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.

Features may be modified, improved, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

Choicease, including its software, design, branding, logos, documentation, graphics, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws.

The fact that a report was generated by Choicease does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of its contents.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choicease and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the use of the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
